How to Close all Active Apps in Samsung Galaxy S

In Android devices there is still no proper ways to close the applications like option say, Exit or even Cancel so we always need to use some task killers which searches for the applications that runs in background Out of many such applications we will now see about a tool which is called as Advanced Task Killer which is also known as ATK in short. It is one of the most advanced tool to kill applications which generally runs in background without our notice or the apps which we want to close. Procedure to kill the applications using Advanced Task Killer:

  • First you need to Click on Options Button which is located at the left side of your phone and then click on Add button.
  • As soon as you tap on Add tab, you will have to select Android Widgets from the list of other applications.
  • Now, after selecting Android Widgets. you will see a list of available widgets, from this list you need to select Advanced Task Killer Free.
  • Now, you will see the icon of the application which is green colored on your home screen of your device as shown below.

Now whenever you wish to kill or close any running applications in your Samsung Galaxy S phone, all you need to do is go to the main home and all you need to do is to just click on the icon of the Advanced Task Kill Free. Once you click on it you will get a notification of the list of applications which got closed / killed or even which are opened and are working in background and the amount of memory which got freed. As in this example 4 Applications were running in the background which was using the resources of the phone. After clicking on the Task Kill app 4 running applications were closed and also 118 MB of memory was freed (available) from the RAM..
