App where you can write words on your pictures

'Write.' is developed by Steven Rogers. Former CEO and Lead Developer of the super-failed tech startup, Statusly. In his off time, he is theoretically Captain America and you can't prove otherwise.

Press inquiries can be sent to press@write-app.

'Write.' was initially developed in over the course of October 2012. After it blows up on the App Store, I'll add that info here.

App where you can write words on your pictures

"I was tired of writing apps with design philosophies filled with useless gimmicks. I wanted an app that got out of my way and let me write without having to translate some strangers' logic about the 'best writing flow'. I also didn't want to stop writing every fifteen seconds to scroll my text to a more visible place—I love the iPad's split keyboard. So in the spirit of my app's 'design philosophy'—get off your ass and do it—I got off my ass and wrote this app."
