If you got into your phone, it is best to do a quick reset and test out. Note: If your photos or videos are on internal memory, you will need to move/copy them to SD card or your computer before this internal memory temp file cleanup as they might get ERASED by this reset.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll down and select Application Manager or Apps
  3. Select All (Look for ALL on top menu or swipe left to go right to ALL)
  4. Select Media Storage and tap Clear Data.
  5. Go back to All and select Google Services Framework .
  6. Select Clear Data .
  7. Turn off (shut down) your phone and turn it back on.
  8. Test your phone to see if it will work properly or still freezing.

If still freezing, you can try to update your phone. Go to Settings->About phone. Run software update / check update. If there is an update available, download and install update. Test to see if your phone will work properly after the update.
