How to Download Music from iCloud to Computer and iPhone/iPad/iPod

If you have any Apple device and you have purchased music from iTunes, then it can easily be downloaded on any iOS device running iOS 5 and higher. With iOS 8, things have now become more feasible and quick. Apple has its own cloud storage where music you have bought is available. Learning to download music is easy.

In this tutorial, we will learn how we can download music from iCloud to our iPhones, iPods, iPads and Computers.

Part 1: How to Download Music from iCloud to iPhone/iPad/iPod

Step 1. First of all you have to set up iCloud service on your phone: Go to "Settings" > "iCloud" > Sign in with your Apple ID and the password. If you have already done this you can skip this step.

Step 2. After setting iCloud on your iPhone/iPad/iPod, go to the home screen of your device and select "iTunes Store" (If you don't have it installed on your device, go to "Music" and tap "More" at the low right corner). Then choose "Purchased". You'll see two tabs: All and Not on This iPhone (or iPad/iPod). Select the later.

Step 3. Now you will see all music, which is purchased by you and currently not downloaded on the device. You can click on the cloud button to download purchased music from iCloud to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

Part 2: How to Download Music from iCloud to Computer/iTunes

Step 1. Launch iTunes and go to "iTunes Store". Then sign in with yout Apple ID. After that, click "Purchased" from the quick links on the right side of the window.

Step 2. Now, you can see all your purchased items stored in your iCloud account. Choose the category of "Music" (Acctually it's the default one). Clicking "Not in My Library" on the top right side, all music in your iCloud but not on your computer will be selected. You can click on the cloud button after the song to download it from iCloud to your iTunes/computer. If there are lots of songs, you can click the "Download All" button at the rigth bottom to get it done in one click.

Step 3. Now you will see all music, which is purchased by you and currently not downloaded on the device. You can click on the cloud button to download purchased music from iCloud to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
